A key element of our practice is that each member of the team has post graduate Masters degree qualifications in physiotherapy, worked at high level with sport teams and have continued to develop their knowledge through best evidence-based management. The combination of this experience and their individual skill sets allows them to provide the most effective treatment for your injury or condition.
Our Team of Physio Experts is in treating complex musculoskeletal conditions and injuries. She believes in a holistic approach to rehabilitation and always turns her focus beyond the joint or muscle that is painful. She is certified in Active Release Technique, Mulligan Concept (manual therapy for the upper and lower extremities) and McKenzie Method (spine).
Our Team of Physio Experts: Redefining Care at The Rehab Lab
Josh’s manual-based approach to rehabilitation allows him to restore function in patients with complex spinal conditions, such as scoliosis and kyphosis, and chest issues like aortic stenosis. He also has a strong background in high-level sports rehab, having rehabilitated athletes from the Atlanta United Men’s National Soccer Team.
Physiotherapy is not just about rehabilitation, it’s about maximizing your quality of life and ability to function in the activities you love. Our members of the Physio First network are passionate about delivering this to their patients.
While a physiotherapist’s main concern is the health, wellbeing, and goals of each patient who enters their clinic, many of our Physio First members also manage a business. As such, they require a balance between the clinical and business aspects of their practice to ensure success. This edition of In Touch explores some of the elements required to achieve this balance.
